NARAYANA HOSPITAL BENGALURU

This post is about my nice experience at Narayana Hospital (NH), Hosur Road, Bengaluru.
I have visited NH twice with my friend. He had some cardiac issue. The Hospital ambience is soothing, the staff, facilities are quite good. I have been suffereing eye strain for last many months. I changed my glasses many times, still no relief.
When we visited for his heart issue, I also enquired about opthalmologist and good news was that, It had a seperate department Narayana Netralaya within the campus. I got my eyes checked up with opthalmologist Dr.Briganza. It was a 3 stage screening of my eyes:
1. My present spectales were checked for number. Then computer aided number testing  of my eyes.
2. I was sent to next stage, where an assistant manually checked up my eyes with different lenses and alphabets written on board.
3. Finally reached Dr. Briganza. He inspected my eyes and told me that my number is very less and the spectales which i wear is heavy and he suggested me to use the new lenses.
Now, I feel very comfortable.
I got my spectales prepared from Ben Franklin opticians within the campus of Narayana Hospital. Frame and lens together costed me Rupees 2350/-. I negotiated and got discount of 8%. Credit goes to my Brother who taught me the skill of negotiation.

Atlast not to forget the food at Hospital canteen was very nice. I took south Indian Thali, it costed me Rs.50/-. Lunch was affordable and tasty.
